​My goal is to help you on your journey to get healthier fitter and pain free. I know all too well the obstacles and self-doubt that you go thru. I assure you that you have come to the right place. 

I am here to help you improve your health, and am passionate about finding techniques that work. I emphasize proper movement mechanics, and can teach you how to exercise efficiently to maximize health benefits, and greatly reduce the risk of injury. I am here to help keep your entire body fit and healthy, not just the areas that are causing you pain.

I focus on injury prevention,and when needed recovery from injury, safe, effective exercise routines that will improve your overall health and help you live a pain-free, active lifestyle.

I have experience working with weight loss individuals, pre/post natal, older adults, post rehab patients, and individuals with chronic pain.

The best way to improving your life is thru proper training and nutrition.The natural aging process causes the body to lose muscle mass that in turn leads to obesity, a slower metabolism, poor posture, and joint problem. Following through with a proper exercise and nutritional plan are essential to treating chronic pain and other age-related conditions.

A fit and strong body is from the inside out, learning to move it with minimum effort and discomfort as we embark on our daily activities. Keeping in touch with your center and paying attention to how you breathe is essential to your well-being and longevity.
